The hotel provides single rooms, double rooms and suites. Each room, irrespective of its category, offers the comfort of air conditioning, fridge, radio, cable and satellite TV and international phone connection. Interiors are not overloaded with decor elements but at the same time these rooms have all the modern amenities guests have come to expect. Three-glassed windows don`t allow traffic noise in the rooms.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

We accept only cancellations done in written by fax   +7-812-622-0366 or email Ekaterina@apex-mice.ru  with confirmed receipt from our side.

Since we provide special discounted rates the Conference cancellation terms are as following:

– cancellation done before February 10, 2012 – no penalty charge is applied, full pre-paid amount is refunded except bank commission fees.

– cancellation done within February 10 – February 20, 2012 - penalty charge is the cost of 1 night room rate, the rest of the pre-paid amount is refunded except bank commission fees.

– cancellation done after February 20, 2012 or "no show" – penalty charge is the cost of whole period of stay, no any pre-payment is refunded.

VISA AND REGISTRATION

Most of the foreigners need the Russia visa, without which it is impossible to cross the border, moving around the country and settle in the hotel. The reason for obtaining a visa is an invitation and a voucher from Russia's side.

Conference participants who have citizenship of the Schengen countries will get invitation from Russian organizers in order to obtain visa related to scientific purpose of visit (SZNIIMESH institute), contact details nii@sp.ru

For all other participants visa support (invitation and voucher) will be issued by Conference Service Agent BSC APEX ltd. for obtaining tourist visa. For further instructions please contact  Ekaterina Antonyuk Ekaterina@apex-mice.ru, +7-812-975-02-99.

When you cross the border into Russia you will be given a migration card which you will need to complete. The card is in two parts, part “A” and “B”, and both parts need to be completed (in block capitals) before you go through passport control.

According to the Russian law, entry Russian visa must be registered within 7 working days of the arrival (excluding weekends and official holidays).  Registration of visas is a form of migration control within Russia managed by UFMS (Federal Migration Service Organisation). It is not aimed specifically at tourist or science people, rather its general aim is to control illegal immigration.

Registration of a visa involves placing a stamp in your passport or on your migration card and obtaining a registration slip. If you are staying in the hotel, the hotel should register your visa (tourist or scientific) for you on arrival and may make a charge of 200 RUR. This fee is paid by each person upon arrival to the hotel in cash or credit card. Please pay attention that this cost IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE.
