The second meeting of the expert panel on nitrogen budgets (EPNB) preceeded TFRN-2, the meeting of the full Task Force, in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, April 27, 2009. For preparation of national inventories, please refer to the template prepared by Adrian Leip, or look into the detailed work proposal including xls worksheets and relevant literature made available by Penny Johnes. For the worksheets, don't forget to activate macros before use. Please inform Adrian in case you intend to use his template.
